Debra Pearl Hockenberry is an Auditory-Kinesthetic-Visual scholar/practitioner with integrated Global thinking traits. She is the Co-President and Founder of Organizational Alchemist and VetReturns, Inc. and a former legislative aide and speechwriter for a U.N. Delegate in Vienna, Austria. With 20+ years experience in marketing and publishing, she has been a business professor for 30 years, teaching at universities around the world including University of Singapore, University of Heidelberg, University of Auckland, Temple University and Penn State University. Currently she teaches various entrepreneurship courses at Elizabethtown College.
Organizational Alchemist focuses on a consulting method that incorporates ultraliminal innovation for entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs. VetReturns, Inc., is a non-profit organization helping returning veterans transition into the corporate or entrepreneurial workforce through training, education and development of individuals and organizations.
