Statistical Validation

Over 20 Years of Satisfied Customers

The Hadron Group is dedicated to ensuring that our brain-based human development products are supported by statistical validation and reliability research. Our online products and service delivery systems have been in use since 1992 with individuals, families and organizations of all sizes.

Why are Validation and Reliability Important?

Statistical validation reveals whether an assessment instrument is truly measuring what it is proclaimed to measure. If an assessment instrument has not been statistically validated, or if the validity coefficients are below accepted psychometric standards, you cannot trust the results.

Hadron assessments have been repeatedly tested for reliability through the highest of standards of statistical research methods conducted by independent psychometric experts. Our assessments (BRAIN MODE power, Brain PathWays and Learning Keys) measure 5 scalar constructs: three sensory modalities (Visual, Kinesthetic and Auditory) and two cognitive thinking modalities (Sequential and Global).

Our instruments display two key aspects of construct validity: unidimensionality and internal consistency. Unidimensionality means each of the scalar measures are independent entities and not linked to one another. Our internal Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficients equal or exceed most assessments on the market today.

Content validity (face validity) typically exceeds 95% in coaching sessions and facilitated worldwide workshops. Participants are amazed at how well their report results align with their life experiences. Coaching and workshops continue to demonstrate the cross-cultural application of our practical neuroscience solutions to improving quality of life for individuals, families, teams and entire organizations. People feel safe, affirmed and excited about their brain uniqueness and potential.

Test-retest reliability typically exceeds 92%. Sensory preference sequences and cognitive preferences remain the same, even years after the initial assessment. As would be expected, individual score strengths increase, due to the impact of the report and the power of neuroplasticity. People become more “whole-brained” due to self-awareness and their individualized growth and improvement strategies.
